As individuals many of us suffer from low expectations of health, frequently told we should “learn to live with” our pain and suffering. Rarely are we offered solutions or even encouragement in our quest for a greater degree of mental, physical and physiological balance.
I have spent 30 years researching the causes of dis-ease and studying practical methods of reversing and preventing the damage we cause to our bodies. I am able to offer these methods to you in my clinics, utilizing time- honoured practices of osteopathy, naturopathy and complementary therapies.
I have remained at the cutting edge of natural medicine since qualifying as an Osteopath and a Naturopath in 1984, having previously worked as a remedial massage therapist since 1978. I specialize in the treatment of both chronic and acute ailments such as pain (from back, neck, joint and muscular conditions etc., and related disorders.
I also work with performers of all kinds and at all levels (sport, theatre, film & TV, music, dance etc.) and have developed strategies to help any person realise their ambition to achieving their highest potential in terms of health and wellbeing.
My aim here is to provide you with enough information about my Naturopathy and Osteopathy practice to help make it easier for you to decide which course of action regarding your health you wish to take.
